ADF Engineering Earns 2026 AEC Circle of Excellence Platinum Status for Exemplary Firm Management
DAYTON, Ohio, October 15, 2026. ADF Engineering, a process and facility engineering firm serving food, feed and industrial manufacturers, has been named to the 2026 AEC Circle of Excellence: The Industry’s Best Managed Firms by PSMJ Resources, Inc.
ADF is one of 61 architecture and engineering firms on this year’s list and holds Platinum status, a designation PSMJ gives to firms that have earned the Circle of Excellence in four of the past five years.
Top 20 Percent in Nine Key Metrics
PSMJ, an advisory group focused on improving the business performance of architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) organizations worldwide, created the Circle of Excellence Award to recognize firms with outstanding results in profitability, overhead management, cash flow, productivity, staff growth and turnover. According to PSMJ, the 2026 list represents the top 20 percent of participants in its AE Financial Performance Benchmark Survey, evaluated on nine key performance metrics. The 2026 benchmark drew data from 318 firms across the United States and Canada.
“The Circle of Excellence recognizes firms that excel in business performance, leadership, culture and employee engagement,” said Alex Fishman, president of ADF Engineering. “Recognition like this is a direct reflection of our people, our teamwork and our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We appreciate our employees, clients and partners for being part of the journey. We have a lot to celebrate and even more to build together.”
For ADF clients, sound firm management supports what matters on the plant floor: stable project teams, dependable schedules and an engineering partner with the resources to follow through.
